We’ve recently seen an increase in aggressive and rude behaviour towards our staff. We understand that things can sometimes be frustrating, but please remember that our team is here to help and deserves to be treated with kindness and respect.
We have a zero tolerance policy towards any form of abusive, aggressive or threatening behaviour. This is to ensure a safe and supportive environment for everyone—patients and staff alike.
Continued unacceptable behaviour may result in patients being removed from the surgery list.
